Broke the record for sales in my 30 year old territory and tripled the annual territory revenue from under $4M to $12M. I analyzed historical sales and market data to identify strengths and weaknesses within my 20 sales teams. I also identified a need to shift the traditional way to market from a focus on specifiers to end-users. I guided the teams through this shift, set KPI's and changed out underperforming teams.

I identified new opportunities within service, LED, controls, and other products and determined the segment's optimum European strategy over the next 3 to 5 years. Recommended strategic changes to the segment roadmap that would increase the current revenue of EUR€64M.
